Dr. W. Jim Britt Dr. W. Jim Britt began preaching at the age of fourteen, and has been an effective pastor, author, evangelist, Bible teacher, and missionary for over forty-five years. He is founder and President of W. Jim Britt Ministries, Inc., an international organization who's ministry has extended into over fifty countries around the world. He is Chancellor of International Bible Institute, and is a "full member" of the Evangelical Theological Society, a professional society of Biblical scholars involved in evangelical scholarship worldwide. Dr. Britt is a graduate of Norman Baptist College, Georgia Southwestern State University, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and holds doctorates from Luther Rice Seminary (D.Min), and Trinity Seminary/Canterbury (England) Christ Church University, (PhD). He has traveled throughout the United States and over fifty foreign countries preaching the Gospel of Christ. Dr. Britt and his wife, Judi, have been married for 43 years and make their home in the beautiful mountains of northeast Georgia. They are the parents of three married children and have nine grandchildren. |
